Ashley Albrand is a celebrated & powerful healer, teaching & living her Yoga in the mountains of Topanga California & Venice beach. She is a professional Hip Hop dancer, and has been studying movement since the age of 5. She was drawn to the study and teaching of yoga for its life altering, consciousness expanding, healing power. After a decade of study & training in numerous styles and methods of yoga, Ashley now teaches a dynamic blend of Prana Vinyasa Flow, bhakti, Hatha, Anusara inspired, in-versional spirit flow, plus therapeutics, & yin yoga globally. Ashley is passionate about offering women the healing medicine of Yoga, especially those that have been a victim of sexual exploitation. Her classes, are a spiritual & healing journey into the physical & energetic body, a powerful ritualistic offering to the highest. Ashley’s teaching schedule includes non-profit, workshops, classes, festivals & international retreats. In addition to Prana Flow Yoga she is an advanced White Lotus Yoga instructor after many years of study with her teachers Ganga White & Tracy Rich.
