Urban Lily Yoga “Blossom where you’re grounded”©, the yoga wellness center of the Valley, will open to the public on February 1st in Sherman Oaks. Offering its powerful blend of traditional and progressive yogic practices, with a philosophy that is both contemporary and timeless, Urban Lily Yoga offers yoga as it is meant to be, a practice that uncovers your true nature.
Urban Lily Yoga is the “baby” of Elinore Cohen, an established yoga teacher and former dancer. Elinore created Urban Lily Yoga with the hope that it will become a second home for her fellow teachers and students alike. She has brought together a community of inspiring and gifted teachers that "TEACH", who are committed to students and their individual needs on the mat as well as the needs of the area’s yoga community.
Urban Lily Yoga offers everything from the hatha yoga tradition including classical yoga in the iyengar tradition, ashtanga, yoga blend, anusara-inspired flow, hatha flow, CORE Fusion Flow, and our signature VINYASA Flow. In addition, there will be yoga for kids, pre & post-natal classes, gentle & therapeutics, restoratives, workshops, special events, and retreats.
